Provides information/referral for those experiencing difficulties in collecting court-ordered child support payments. Also offers Paternity Acknowledgement hotline and number for TN Employers with questions about child support issues. Each county in TN also has a designated Child Support Office to assist.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (Closed for state holidays)

Call the local agency over your case or see website for details; use the mailing address (PO Box 305200, Nashville, TN 37229) ONLY to mail child support payments in
