Description:

Regional Urban & Rural Bus Service, can transport from rural areas to city and back as well as providing regional connectivity between Bristol, Johnson City and Kingsport.

NET Trans cannot accommodate trips that begin and end within the same city limits of Johnson City, Kingsport, and Bristol (Johnson City to Johnson City, Kingsport to Kingsport, and Bristol to Bristol.)

Transportation includes the 8 county area defined by the following counties: Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi & Washington.

Customers need to request transportation no later than 12:00pm the business day before service is needed.

Rides may be scheduled online at www.nettrans.org or by calling 423-461-8233. We accept cash, checks, credit cards (at time of booking) and tickets.

Hours:

Office: Monday through Friday; 8am through 5pm
Call Center: Monday through Friday; 7am through 6pm
Operation: Monday through Friday; 6am through 6pm
