Description:
Provides faith-based prison re-entry program individualized for each client. Services include GED testing preparation and tutoring on-site, case management, help in getting financial assistance for college, help in obtaining a driver's license or getting other IDs, life skills and family counseling, job readiness and training and referrals to other sources of support through DHS, substance abuse programs and other agency resources.
