Description:
Provides a food pantry and financial assistance for electricity, water and gas to residents of Murfreesboro, Christiana, Rockvale, Eagleville and Cannon County. Also offers Thanksgiving food baskets with food to prepare for residents of Murfreesboro, Cannon County and southern Rutherford County (excludes Smyrna and La Vergne) and a Christmas toy program for Murfreesboro households in need with children under 13. Call the church office to request a Thanksgiving basket in early October; the Giving Tree Ministry for Christmas toys requires in person registration, usually held in late October.
