Immigrant Benefits Assistance, services for Hispanic families, emergency food pantry and housing help and short term financial help, job seeking skills, financial literacy, and referrals for family and individual counseling are also offered. Help with utilities and rent are limited to individuals that reside in zip codes 37211, 37013, 37210, 37217 and 37203, but other programs are open to any residents of Davidson County. Spanish speaking staff available.

Provides financial counseling for individuals in need. Assists clients with budgeting, saving and debt reduction. Can also assist clients with establishing a bank account and other financial needs. At this time, financial literacy and personal financial counseling are no longer a requirement for persons seeking financial assistance. When meeting with clients, the Outreach Case Manager works with clients to create a budget. Clients in need of additional financial counseling are referred to United Wayâs Financial Empowerment Center.
