Grow Free Tennessee is a counter-trafficking organization, serving 33 counties in East Tennessee, that works to unite and equip communities to end human trafficking through awareness, training, and intervention while providing survivors with comprehensive, trauma-informed aftercare services, including case management, safe shelter, food and clothing, transportation, therapeutic services, and community resources. Services provided include Community Education, the Counter-Trafficking Task Force and Survivor Services. Serves as the single point of contact Tennessee Anti-Slavery Alliance (TASA) partner in the East Tennessee region.

Hours:

Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

With prior notice, we can utilize local translation/interpreting services/agencies when needed.

Eligibility:

Survivors of human trafficking including men, women, and children of any age, who have been a victim of trafficking by either a family member or someone outside the family.

Volunteer Opportunities:

Individuals 16 and older can be volunteers with the organization. There are different training requirements for the Allies for Change program and the Speaker's Bureau Program, but in general, to become a volunteer you must go through one of the monthly volunteer orientations.
