Provides specialized foster care for children referred by Mississippi Department of Child Protective Services. Apelah offers foster care for children in the state with special needs through a fully licensed child placement program that includes necessary medical and behavioral treatment as well as support and instruction for foster parents. Apelah has two locations in Hernando and Ridgeland and serves the whole state of Mississippi.

Mon - Fri 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

Walk in, call or apply online; requires referral from CPS in Mississippi

No Fee for eligible children
Eligibility:
Children referred by the MS Department of Child Protective Services who have a diagnosis of being medically or therapeutically fragile
