Provides fact finding services to those who believe they have been discriminated against on the basis of race, gender, religion, native origin, sexual orientation or other basis with the hopes of mediating or negotiating a solution between the two parties.

Intake Process:
You must first complete a Complaint of Discrimination Form and return it to the Knoxville NAACP. To obtain a form, call 865-622-4708, or complete the form online at http://knoxvillenaacp.org/legal-redress/ by scrolling down to "Complete the form online using this website link".

None.
Eligibility:
If you believe you have experienced discrimination on the basis of race, gender, religion, native origin, sexual orientation or other basis, you are encouraged to contact the Knoxville Branch of the NAACP. This service is provided by volunteers, so assistance will depend on volunteer availability.
