ACT !€“ Assertive Community Treatment !€“ Medication Management, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, IMR, Care Coordination, Peer Support

OnTrack TN !€“ first episode psychosis program !€“ Medication management, individual and group therapy, case management, certified peer and family support, Supported Education and Employment Services

Hours:

Mon, Tue & Thu 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Wed 8:00 am - 5:30 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 3:30 pm

Call for appointment or walk in (this office accepts walk ins)

Program Fees:

Accepts TennCare, Medicare/Medicare dual (with TennCare as secondary form of insurance) and offers a sliding scale fee based on federal poverty guidelines for persons without insurance
