Provides technical assistance for business owners and those seeking to open or develop local businesses with assistance in preparing business plans/financial statements/loan applications, seminars, training, and workshops and access to capital/loans. Loans range from $1000.00-$250,000.00 for Memphis residents only when funding is available. Provides satellite offices for Small Business Administration, TN Small Business Development Center, Black Business Association of Memphis and Memphis Area Minority Contractors Association.

Now Located in the Old Universal Life Building. Formerly Known as Business Development Center. By appointment only. Clients can use conference rooms and training rooms for business-related events by reservation only; call for reservations.
