The agency is the coordinated entry point for homeless assistance for rapid rehousing, emergency shelter, and homeless prevention in 12 counties: Anderson, Blount, Campbell, Claiborne, Cocke, Grainger, Hamblen, Jefferson, Loudon, Monroe, Sevier, and Union.

Anyone who is homeless or at risk of homelessness should call the hotline number: 888-556-0791 for assistance.

Homeless individuals in Anderson County should call TORCH at 865-318-4788.
Homeless individuals in Hamblen County should call MATS at 423-587-9215.
