Description:
Provides services for individuals living with HIV and their families. Services include financial assistance for rent and utilities, case management, bus passes, food pantry available once a month, weekly home delivered meals to homebound persons who qualify for help, insurance and dental assistance. HIV Prevention, education, counseling and testing are provided individuals at risk of contracting HIV, as well as a 24/7 information hotline. Serves 17 counties in Middle TN: Cannon, Cheatham, Davidson, Dickson, Hickman, Houston, Humphreys, Macon, Montgomery, Robertson, Rutherford, Smith, Stewart, Sumner, Trousdale, Williamson, or Wilson County.
