HOURS: Mon - Thu 10:00 am - 8:00 pm; Fri & Sat 10:00 am - 6:00 pm; Sun 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Program Fees:

No Fee for library card for residents of Memphis, Bartlett and unincorporated Shelby County; library cards are also free for City of Bartlett employees, active duty military members and their family members and teachers and students of any Shelby County Schools and Bartlett City Schools; $50.00/annual fee for card for non-residents. Fines and checkout fees for materials vary. Bartlett accepts debit/credit cards as payment for Library fees and fines.

Eligibility:

Residents of Bartlett, Memphis and unincorporated Shelby County may get a library card for free; NOTE: IN AUGUST 2021, ALL TEACHERS AND STUDENTS IN SHELBY COUNTY WERE EXEMPTED FROM FEES AND MAY RECEIVE A FREE LIBRARY CARD REGARDLESS OF WHERE THEY LIVE IN THE COUNTY. Library use is open to the public, but must have a valid library card to use public computers. Free wifi wireless is available for customers with their own laptops in all libraries.
