Description
The Care Connection program is simple: itâs a network of volunteers from the community â friends, neighbors, members of community organizations like your church, or other service groups â that provide help for the person with ALS and his or her family, and often give the caregiver a break from their day-to-day responsibilities.

Visits are arranged at initial contact with the office, and periodically throughout the relationship with the ALS Association. Home visits are a great opportunity for our Care Services Coordinators to assess needs and supports, and offer assistance with resources.
