Description:
The adult day health care program offers a full range of day care services to individuals with a wide variety of physical disabilities and/or cognitive impairments, including advanced Alzheimer's and other dementias. Provides families and caregivers with a break from providing the daily needs of a loved one, in a safe, fun, home-like environment. In-home care services include personal care, homemaking services, chore service, respite care, and companion/overnight care.

Intake Process:
Comprehensive application and assessment process in house that generally takes about 2 hours. Able to begin after admission.
Program Fees:
Payable with TennCare/CHOICES, GNRC Family Caregiver and OPTIONS, long-term care insurance, VA, Private Pay. Financial need discounts available.
Eligibility:
18 years of age and older; Cannot have a contagious disease; Must not be abusive to self or others
