Description:

Provides various substance abuse treatment programs. Programs offered: Intensive Residential, Co-occurring Program, Transitional Living, Outpatient Program, Bridgeway Crossings, Supportive Housing, Continuing Care, Family Program, and DUI School.

Intake Process:

The admissions process begins with a telephone call to the agency. There will be a brief telephone screening interview to determine basic eligibility. After the telephone screening interview, an appointment is made for a face to face assessment with the Admissions Counselor.

Program Fees:

Each client's financial situation is assessed on an individual basis to assure that the client only pays according to his or her ability. All TennCare plans are accepted and many commercial insurance plans are accepted.

Men and women experiencing significant dysfunction in their lives as a result of chemical dependency or co-occurring disorders.

Description

Provides outpatient substance abuse treatment. The low intensity program consists of weekly sessions lasting 1 1/2 hours. The intensive outpatient program (IOP) consists of 3 hour sessions 3 times per week.

            Bridgeway Crossings offers housing and recovery support services in an apartment setting for persons who are in the early to middle stages of recovery and in need of a structured, alcohol and drug free environment. Emphasizes continued recovery, maintaining employment, and continued development of personal skills and resources needed to maintain a more independent lifestyle. Recovery support activities include on-site group meetings and activities, community-based AA/NA/DRA meetings, and other recovery related activities.
