Description:
State licensed DUI school that offers required education to court-ordered clientele. After completion of the classes, assessment is made to determine whether a referral should be made to an alcohol and drug treatment facility. After all requirements are met, a certificate of completion is issued.
Hours:
Three options for classes: Sat 8:00 am - 8:00 pm; Fri and Sat 9:00 am - 3:00 pm; or Tues, Wed, Thu 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
Intake Process:
Must have court order from court of jurisdiction
Program Fees:
Fees are subject to change:
Tennessee residents - $140.00
Out of State Clients - $240.00
Multiple Offenders - $100.00 assessment fee in addition to class fee
$20 makeup fee for any missed class or appointment
Fee waivers available for only those convicted in Davidson County that qualify
