Description:

Founded in 2012, Memphis Bus Riders Union is a non-profit grassroots organization dedicated to the improvement of public transportation for all citizens in Memphis and Shelby County. MBRU handles concerns of bus riders as related to bus routes and customer service. The organization meets on the second Saturday of each month at Noon. Please call for meeting place or check website for details (usually meets at A Step Ahead Foundation's office, Room 451 in Crosstown Concourse (Bus Riders can take #42 Crosstown or #53 Summer to get to the meeting place).

Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
