Program Fees:
Services such as information and referral, support groups, senior services, family life and education are free. There is a fee for counseling, case management, and adoption services. Fees for counseling may be paid by sliding scale, Medicare, or private insurance.
Eligibility:
The following programs are available to the entire Nashville and Middle TN region: Therapy and Counseling for Individuals, Couples and Families; Information and Referral Services; Support Groups; Family Life Education Programming; and Adoption Journeys service. Due to guidelines from the agency's funding sources, some programs are available only to those of the Jewish faith, as follows: all Financial Assistance Programs, Kosher Food Boxes, Helping Hands, Case Management, and The Jewish Job Network.

Adoption Journeys has been bringing children together with adoptive families for over 35 years. They offer services that help you fully understand the process and prepare you for this exciting and life-changing event. The agency's view of family is inclusive acknowledging today's realities. Services are provided without regard to religious affiliation, race, disability, marital status, or sexual orientation. Services include: education and confidential counseling; providing state required home studies and post placement services for domestic and international adoptions; acting as the liaison with your attorney. They work closely with your attorney to facilitate completion of all legal requirements; and proving assistance throughout the adoption process and the life cycle of the adoptive family.
