Shelter Requirements:

!€¢ We ask that you try to come in preferably between the hours of 8:00 am - 2:00 pm Monday thru Friday. This will ensure the agency has staff available to get you checked in properly and do a thorough intake/orientation, to help you be successful. If you cannot come during those hours on your first day, do not worry, you can come in as a new guest any time of the day or night !€“ shelter is open 24 hours a day.
!€¢ The nightly curfew for returning guests is 7:00pm.
!€¢ Shelter has [dormitory style] housing.
!€¢ When you come in, staff will complete an intake and you will have access to a case manager who will work with you going forward on your unique needs.
!€¢ Staff prefer new guests have a state issued ID upon intake; however, that is not a requirement to stay with us. A case manager can work with you to help you get identification. Staff do ask that you provide some type of identification within 72 hours.
!€¢ Upon entering the facility all belongings are searched. This will occur each time you come into the building.
!€¢ Shelter asks guests to limit personal possessions to one bag and a backpack !€“ this can be a suitcase, duffle bag, or other bag. This is because they lack storage space at their facility.
!€¢ Shelter does not allow personal linens, food or drink, weapons, glass items, and aerosol cans.
