Description
The program aims to help families build caring, empathic parent-child relationships through education in bonding and attachment. The Nurturing Parenting curriculum is offered throughout the Mid-Cumberland region in group settings and/or home visitations. The program provides an evidence-based curriculum designed to build nurturing skills as alternatives to abusive parenting and child rearing attitudes. The curriculum focuses on core competency lessons which form the basic structure of the program.
