Description

Woodbine offers short-term or long-term homebuyer counseling. One option is a free home buying class for homebuyers who do not need long-term counseling, but need or want to attend a homebuyer education class. The class is complete in one day and is offered twice per month and again the third Saturday of the month. Fast Track is approved for those who need TDHA, The Housing Fund, and various other programs requiring a certificate of homebuyer education. This program may be helpful in obtaining down-payment assistance or qualifying for preferential mortgage products or programs.

All of our rental housing requires individuals and families to have the ability to live independently.

Their HUD-certified counselors will help you address your unique situation, assisting you in finding a viable solution to the problem and providing community resources as needed. They assist mid-Tennessee homeowners in: Establishing a realistic budget Initiating a mortgage review, loan modification, or refinance Preventing fees from late mortgage payments Stopping foreclosures Accessing community resources Knowing their rights if you receive a Sheriff's sale notice Their HUD-approved counselors are available by appointment to speak with you, one-on-one and free of charge. There is no need to hire a private company, which may charge outrageous fees to avoid delinquency, default, or foreclosure.
