Description:
Organization that offers a variety of programs, including but not limited to, fitness and wellness, sports and recreation, arts and enrichment, swimming lessons, lifeguard training, camps, and more, including the After Breast Cancer (ABC) program for survivors by survivors that provides education and healing for body, mind and spirit after a breast cancer diagnosis. Participants learn about healthy eating, resume or begin a regular exercise program that is right for them and form a healing community in small group discussions led by a trained facilitator. Facility is open to all; swimming/swimming lessons are open to people ages 6 months and above. Parents must be in the water with children between 6 months and 3 years. Dance classes are available to youth ages 5-12;CPR instruction is for ages 16 and older; the ABC program is open to all breast cancer patients and survivors

Description
Knowing CPR can provide you with a valuable skill that just might save the life of a friend, loved one or co-worker some day. The Y offers CPR classes that provide you with the skills and knowledge you need to become certified in CPR. Specific CPR classes are also offered for adult CPR and infant/child CPR certifications.

After Breast Cancer (ABC) is a 16-week program for breast cancer patients and survivors. Participants receive full access to the Y, a custom wellness plan designed by a Pink Ribbon Certified personal trainer, nutrition counseling from a registered dietitian, and encouragement and support.
