Provides assistance for veterans who are having difficulty understanding and/or obtaining the full benefits and services to which they are entitled by law. Helps veterans understand the eligibility criteria for benefits, the benefits provided by the program, the payment process and the rights of beneficiaries; provides consultation and advice; helps them complete benefits application forms; negotiates on their behalf with Veteran's Administration staff; and/or represents them in administrative processes or judicial litigation. Can also assist veterans and/or veteran's families in obtaining military records.
Medical care services including primary medicine, annual physicals, mental health, laboratory, radiology, and diagnostic services.
