Description:

The Cheatham Recovery House is a nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to provide a facility which promotes the spiritual, mental, emotional, educational and physical welfare of its members and that of the recovering community at large. Cheatham County has had a continuous and steady rise in drug and alcohol related deaths and problems. The goal is to provide a permanent meeting facility for 12 step groups including, but not limited to, Alcoholics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Heroin Anonymous, Al-Anon and others.

Hours:

Meetings are offered 7 days per week. AA book study is offered on Sunday at 5:30 pm and Mon/Wed at 12 noon. AA discussion meetings are held Sun at 10:00 am, Fri at 12 noon, and Mon - Sat at 5:30 pm. A women's AA discussion group is held on Sat at 12 noon. A Cocaine Anonymous meeting is held on Wed at 7:00 pm.

Walk in. The meeting calendar is on the website.

Program Fees:

No fees. Donations accepted to offset the cost of materials, refreshments, and house maintenance.

Eligibility:

Anyone who is in recovery from drug or alcohol abuse or wants to quit drinking or using drugs.
