NOTE: CALL 1-870-735-4334 TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT TO GET THE CORONA VIRUS (COVID-19) VACCINE. Provides COVID-19 testing and information on the vaccine at this site BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Currently only select groups may get the vaccine, but this is changing rapidly. There are no out-of-pocket costs for the test, but insurance may be billed for patients who have it. Will test for persons with symptoms OR for persons who have no symptoms but who have lived or traveled in areas with active transmission of the disease. Patients will appointments will be directed to self-collect specimens outside of the clinic using a provided nasal swab and containers. Specimens will then be sent tot he state Public Health Laboratory. Results are typically made available within 48 to 72 hours, thought it may take up to one week. Positive patients will be notified as soon as a result is available.

Clinic Hours: Mon, Wed, Thu & Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Tue 9:30 am - 6:00 pm
