Description:
Provides emergency assistance program, OUTLast, which serves Trans People of
Color 25+, LGBTQ+ individuals who are undocumented 25+, LGBTQ+ people living
with HIV 25+, or LGBTQ+ seniors 55+. Apply online before the 15th of each month
for possible help. There are five categories of support: Food & Supplies,
Transportation, Rent & Utilities. Provides home delivered groceries or $100 gift
card to grocery or pharmacy; MATA bus passes or other transportation expense
money; and up to $500 for either rent or utilities (payable directly to MLG&W or
landlord.

Office Phone Hours: Mon ! Friday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm

Apply online before the 10th of each month for possible help for the coming
month; or call for details
