Description:
Rapid re-housing service provides permanent housing and supportive services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness due to the COVID-19 pandemic. New program funded by HUD and MDHA to house 400 families in Nashville. Division provides case management to individuals as well to help obtain documents, apply for benefits, and connect them to resources.

Mon - Fri 10:00 am -3:00 pm
Sat 10:00 am - 12:00 noon
Intake Process:
Individuals must either be a Contributor Newspaper Vendor or be referred by Metro Coordinated Entry. To become a vendor, please attend training on MWF at 10:30 AM at 154 Rep John Lewis Way N.
