Description:

All persons 12 and older in the state may get the COVID-19 vaccine; please note that only the Pfizer vaccine is available for 12-17 year olds. Persons younger than 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian to receive the shot. Provides information and sign up for current vaccination sites, a number to register for a wait list, and a vaccination screening tool to help you determine if you are currently eligible to receive the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) vaccine in Tennessee. The eligibility guidelines are constantly changing and some basic guidelines have been set by the state, but each county's health department will actually distribute the vaccines and set their own guidelines; some counties have limited or no access to the vaccine at this time, but this also changes rapidly. Check the website, or use the screening tool to see if you may be able to get a vaccine, based on age, job, disability or other types of status. Go to website to fill out a questionnaire about eligibility and to sign up for a vaccine: https://vaccinate.tn.gov. You may also contact your local county health department for more details. May sign up for email or text alerts as the vaccine eligibility and availability change from this state website. Intake Process:

Go directly to https://vaccinate.tn.gov to take a COVID-19 screening questionnaire (bottom left hand part of the homepage) to assess eligibility and to sign up for available vaccines or booster shots in your area. You may provide your email or text to receive future alerts as eligibility and availability of the vaccine changes. Click on VACCINES tab at top of page to see current vaccine eligibility and sign up information for different counties in the state

Tennessee residents, 12 AND OLDER, who wish to receive the COVID-19 vaccine should go directly to https://vaccinate.tn.gov; may also go to this alternate website for list of current pharmacy and county health department sites at (https://covid19.tn.gov/covid-19-community-pharmacy-vaccination-locations/); all sites are using state eligibility guidelines, but each county's guidelines may differ; Booster shots are available in some counties for eligible persons who have had their COVID-19 vaccine at least 6 months before and meet other eligibility criteria; call your local health department for details on availability and eligibility.
