COVID-19 TESTING/VACCINE
Our office now provides rapid/PCR COVID-19 testing and COVID-19 vaccinations.
COVID-19 VACCINATIONS:
Please call (423)-429-5518 to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination.
COVID-19 vaccines are free of charge.
COVID-19 TESTING:
Please call (423)-429-5518 to schedule an appointment for COVID-19 testing.
Our COVID testing days are Monday ! Thursday from 9AM to 4PM | LUNCH 12-1PM (NO TESTING).
Things to CONSIDER when arriving for testing:
When arriving, please park at the designated testing spaces.
Please call the number mentioned above to let us know you!ve arrived. One of our testing personnel will be out to begin the test.
Please, do NOT come to our doors to inform us of your arrival. This is for the safety of our patients and staff.
Results will be ready in-about 15 mins.
Our COVID testing is free. Any further questions, please call! Thank you!
