NOTE: AS OF 10/22/21, IN PERSON SERVICES ARE STILL BY APPOINTMENT ONLY DUE TO COVID-19. Handles complaints about TN child care programs. This new DHS office is located at 4885 Stage Road, Memphis 38128. This location is by appointment only; however, persons can walk into the lobby to pick up hard copies of application forms for DHS services and use self-service kiosks and phones to apply or address any problems with existing applications or programs; this site also has a drive through box to drop off applications or other needed documents.

Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Call for appointment, walk in to use self service kiosks, apply at website or use drive through to drop off documents and applications
