Provides limited tree services for selected addresses in the homes of residents who live in zip codes 38103, 38105 & 38107 in the Uptown TIF North Memphis area; if you live in one of these zip codes, call to see if your address is within the boundaries for the free service (NOTE: UPTOWN TIF BOUNDARIES DO NOT GO SOUTH OF POPLAR, NORTH OF FIRESTONE OR WEST OF THE RIVER OR EAST OF I-40). Services for eligible households include removal of trees that are in danger of falling on resident's homes/sheds, cutting the tops out of trees (topping out) and trimming back limbs hanging over homes, garages and sheds.
