Description:

Oversees Magevney House, home of early Irish resident of Memphis, and Mallory-Neely House, an opulent mansion built in 1852, which still has most of its original furnishings, which are historic properties in the city of Memphis. Both homes are on the National Register of Historic Places and Magevney House, built in the 1830s, is one of the oldest remaining residences in the city of Memphis.

Hours:

Please call to confirm the schedule. Starting from November 3, 2023, tours will be scheduled on most Fridays and Saturdays with five tours each day. The tour hours are as follows: 10:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 2:30 pm, and 3:30 pm every Friday and Saturday.

Mallory-Neely House Admission Update (November 2023): Admission fees are now $16.00 for non-members and $8.00 for members. For group tour arrangements, please contact Sheila Noone at sheila.noone@memphistn.gov.
