Description:

Provides a PrEP and PEP medications for adults at high risk of HIV contagion. PrEP stands for Pre-exposure Prophylaxis (for persons who don't have HIV but are at high risk) and PEP stands for Post-Exposure Prophylaxis, for persons who have possibly been exposed to the disease. PEP treatment is for emergency situations only and must be started within 72 hours of possible contagion to be effective. PrEP treatment and medication involve more long-term care. Accepts TennCare.
