MATA - Ready On Demand Service (Restricted to 3 Zones ONLY)

Description:

Provides curbside transportation within specific neighborhood zones in Memphis area. Riders must call MATA Ready Hotline (901-322-0466), book online or download the TRANSLOC app to ensure that both their delivery and pickup locations are within the service area and to book a ride. There are only three service areas at this time: Zone 1: Boxtown, Westwood, Whitehaven; Zone 2: Northaven/Frayser; and Zone 3: Cordova. As of 2/25/22 the service was free but riders should confirm in the app or with MATA operations on the READY line when they book a ride that the price is still free.

Rides may be book during these hours: Mon - Sat from 6:00 am - 6:30 pm; during MATA observed holidays, service hours are 7:00 am - 7:00 pm with the final booking at 6:30 pm; Call Center Hours:

Program Fees:

No fee (as of 2/15/22); check that this is still the case when you book a ride; For a limited time, this service is available at no cost. Following the introductory period, payments can be made online, in the GO901 Mobile app, or with cash onboard Ready! vehicles.
