CHEN provides services that connects African Americans in the greater Nashville area to educational and health resources. The services they provide align with four pillars: education attainment, health literacy, access to healthcare, and membership development and support. In order to receive services from the CHEN network, clients MUST be a member of a CHEN church.

*Participant in the Metro HOPE funding. People must be a member of a church belonging to the congregation network to receive rent or mortgage assistance and meet other eligibility requirements.*

    CHEN provides concierge services and access to the healthcare services at Nashville General Hospital and Nashville Healthcare Center. Through CHEN, members have access to a health navigator who will walk them through the process of making appointments, getting information, and solving any issues that may arise.
