Provides services to the older adult population in Chester County ages 55 and older. Services include providing hot meals, home delivered meals, transportation, and other programs. Provides transportation for elderly citizens 55 and older who need help doing errands, going to doctor's appointments, etc. Transportation services only operate within Chester County. Also provides hot meals at the site Monday through Friday.
