Description:
UT Extension serves the citizens of Johnson County with educational programs in the areas of Agriculture, Family and Consumer Sciences, Community Resource Development, and 4-H Youth Development. We are an outreach branch of the University of Tennessee Institute of Agriculture and Tennessee State University, providing research-based solutions and information to the citizens of Tennessee.
Classes are provided on many agriculture topics, food preservation classes, physical activity classes, service learning, life-skills training and youth development topics.

We partner with many organizations in town, have access to many grant programs, and are equipped to offer and provide resources to community members.
Hours:
8AM-5PM; Closed between Noon-1PM for Lunch.
Program Fees:
Most programs are offered free of charge, or minimal.
