Description:

FJFS provides educational, social, and therapeutic activities (art, yoga, cooking, other classes; theatre outings and social events) for Jewish community members with developmental and acquired disabilities. FJFS provides information and assistance navigating legal, medical and educational systems. FJFS provides professional, affordable, and compassionate case management services to families with children of all ages.

Inclusion Case Management services include but are not limited to:
* Referrals to speech, occupational and physical therapists
* Referrals for psychological assessments
* Referrals for medication management
* Referrals for psychotherapy
* Social skill support and training
* Behavior Modification plans for home and schools
* Home and school sessions
* Attend IEP/504 / school meetings
* Assist with understanding of state disability laws and procedures

Hours:

Office Hours: Mon - Thu 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Intake Process:

Call for information and referral to Special Needs Coordinator.

Program Fees:

No fee for general Inclusion program and activities; Inclusion Case Management provided at an hourly rate. Call for more information.
