The mission of Community Life Bridge is to Bridge the Gap of unmet needs for mature adults, enhancing their quality of life and their community in Sumner County. The agency's transportation program, Community Life Ride, is a volunteer-driven membership program available to mature adults over 60 who no longer drive. They pair volunteer drivers with riders, and together they get persons where they need to go, bridging the transportation gap.

$25.00/Year and $6.00/Roundtrip

Eligibility:

Seniors 60 and older in Sumner County who are no longer able to drive
