Description:
Mental Health America works to improve lives of individuals with mental health challenges by providing education advocacy, and support. This regional office serves all counties in Middle and West Tennessee. Services offered through this office include the following: Mental health education for students, parents, and educational agencies on topics such as suicide prevention, coping skills, anti-bullying, and a variety of other mental health topics; Free Mental Health First Aid, Question Persuade Refer (QPR), and Signs of Suicide (SOS) training for first responders, educators, and default first responders (anyone who will be the first on the scene in a mental health crisis.)
