UpRise Nashville works with the unemployed and underemployed to provide career tracks for areas of vocational need in metro Nashville. The agency offers barrier assessments that may prevent job advancement, training camps to teach core workplace competencies, short term certification programs in sought after local job needs and career placement services when persons have completed training and certification courses.

Description
Provides education and leadership training to adults who are unemployed and underemployed. The program puts individuals on a pathway to a meaningful career. The program offers training, tuition, systems of support, and a biweekly stipend based on attendance and engagement.
