Recovery Education Center
Victory Center is a psychosocial rehabilitation program that operates as a Recovery Center. Victory Center helps individuals to address symptoms and struggles related to mental illness and/or addiction and to reach goals associated with symptom reduction, supports, employment and community living. Victory Center works with outpatient services, case management, supported housing, peer support centers, employment services, and psychiatric hospitals to help individuals make the most of the recovery process.
