Intake Process:
Applicants must complete a one page application and provide current identification, proof of income, and prescriptions.

Donated medications are free. Most medications on our Safety Net list are $3 for a 30 day supply and there are a few medications that are $10.
Eligibility:
Applicants must be uninsured and meet financial criteria of less than 300% of the federal poverty level based on household size and income. Medicare beneficiaries and commercially insured applicants are not eligible. Serves residents of Dickson, Hickman, Humphreys, Lewis, Maury, Perry and Williamson County
