Intake Process:

Submit completed Community Aid Forms to the President, Treasurer, or other member of the Executive Committee for final disposition. Directors should never promise assistance, but indicate that a recommendation will be sent for the Executive Committee to review. Should the investigating Directors not reach a consensus on a recommendation, both Directors should submit his/her recommendation.

Eligibility:

Must live within the Indian Springs Community Chest boundaries. (NO CITY ADDRESSES!)
The boundaries are defined by the borders of the city limits of Kingsport on HWY 126 (Memorial Blvd) at its intersection with Old Stage Road and Briarwood Road (next to the Insurance Company); I-81 at Central; HWY 11W; Ralph Yelton Bridge on Fall Creek Road at Warriors Path State Park.
