Provides a non-profit that offers housing, work and wrap around services for persons re-entering society from prison, substance abuse treatment programs or mental health institutions. The agency has its own venue space which provides employment for eligible participants and is a housing agent for the TN Department of Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (TNDIDD) and offers case management and housing support for persons 21 and older who have a history of substance abuse and/or a mental health diagnosis. Program participation usually lasts from six months to one year. THWP also offers an IOP (intensive outpatient program) called Legacy Treatment that requires support group attendance each day from 8:00 am - 3:00 pm.
