Description:

The Johnson City Downtown Day Center (JCDDC) is a safe place for homeless individuals to go during the day to receive essential services. These services include: medical and mental health clinics, SMART Recovery, case management, washer/dryer services, shower services, and a clothes closet. The JCDDC is open to individuals, families, and youth over the age of 18 years old. Case Managers are on site daily to assist all clients with navigating the homeless services process in Johnson City.

The JCDDC is a satellite clinic of the Johnson City Community Health Center (JCCHC).

Mail/Phone Services: For Registered Patrons
Laundry Services: Supplies Provided
Showers: Hygiene Products and Linens Provided
Clothes Closet

PROJECTS FOR ASSISTANCE IN TRANSITION FROM HOMELESSNESS (PATH) PROGRAM SERVICES:
Outreach, assessment, service planning and advocacy for needed social services. Housing placement.

SMART RECOVERY GROUP:
For those trying to abstain from any addictive behavior. Can fulfill mandated program requirements for substance abuse treatment.

Hours:

Day Center: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 3:30PM

Laundry Services: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 1:00PM
Showers: Monday - Thursday; 8:00AM - 2:45PM/ Friday; 8:00AM - 1:30PM
Clothes Closet: Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 2:30PM (Subject to availability of staffing and donations.)
SMART Recovery Group: Wednesdays at 9:30AM
