Description:

Contractor with the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services. Provides enrollment assistance to consumers who have lost or may lose their TennCare Coverage. This includes anyone deemed inelligible by TennCare or CoverKids. Provides free assistance to the community in completing the application and completing enrollment. This agency can also offer impartial assistance with applying for plans with healthcare.gov.

Hours:

8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday
