Description:
ARCH is the first "point of entry" for those with immediate need for housing and help to secure community supportive services in the counties of: Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington.
The Appalachian Coalition on Homelessness (ARCH) is HUD's Continuum of Care (CoC) program for 8 counties in Northeast Tennessee. We organize, facilitate and provide services to end homelessness by coordinating front line service providers, collaborating with community partners to create permanent solutions, and targeting the direct causes of homelessness.

Monday-Thursday; 8:00AM-5:00PM
Friday; 8:00AM-Noon
