Description:

NAMI Dickson County provides support groups, education and advocacy for persons impacted by mental health issues in Dickson County. Caregiver Support groups are offered the second Monday of each month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at First Freewill Baptist Church, 1701 Highway 96 in Burns, TN for family members, caregivers or friends of loved ones with mental illness; and the Peer support group is offered the first and third Monday of each month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm at the same site for persons living with a mental health condition.

Hours:

Office Hours: Mon - Fri 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; Caregiver Support Group: 2nd Monday of the month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm; Peer Support Group: 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Walk in to support groups or call or email for information; support groups are held at 1701 Highway 96 in Burns, TN

Program Fees:

No fee to attend support groups or to call for information or assistance; membership is also available for a low fee

Anyone impacted by mental health issues in Dickson County; Caregiver Support group: for family members, caregivers or friends of loved ones with mental illness; Peer Support group: for persons living with a mental health condition
